I am an alchemist, change agent and spiritual midwife — aka “freedom doula” — who is passionate about both personal freedom & collective liberation. I operate daily from the guiding principle, ‘life as ceremony,’ which acknowledges the sanctity of our life journey and the central component of community witnessing.
From a very young age, I can recall being awestruck by the mysteries of death. However, a moment of activation occurred when I was called to act as my grandfather’s death doula after his long battle with prostate cancer. I felt compelled to pursue training as an end of life doula as a way to serve others while also shifting and normalizing the narrative around death. My practice interweaves concepts from backgrounds such as psychology, sociology, and various spiritual traditions.
I specialize in the areas of child loss of all kinds, grief work, coaching and ceremony.
